I'm trying out the Lookfantastic box for 6 months to give you an idea of the range of products that come in their box, tell you about the costs and total worth of the products each month. Let's get started.
General Information about the Lookfantastic Box
There are 4 different types of subscriptions that you can go for with this subscription box:
- Choose just specific one month for 20€
- Subscribe for 3 months in a row for 18€ each
- or for 6 months for 17€ each
- or for 12 months for 15,50€ each
If you live in Austria and decide to purchase just one month to try out, you do have to pay for shipping. The Lookfantastic box ships from Poland within Europe. If you decide to purchase a subscription of 3, 6 or 12 months, the shipping will be free from the second box to the rest, the shipping of the first box does have to be paid. If you keep on reading, I also have a Lookfantastic code for you.
The box comes with 6 different products each month with a worth of each box around 50-100€ depending on the products and the size of them. Each box usually ships within the first few days of the new month, but this time it got a bit delayed as I only just received my box middle of last week. Also, if you subscribe within a month, you will receive the first box right away and then get the second box at the beginning of the next month.
Each box used to come with a monthly magazine called "Edit" which explained each product in detail, how to use it etc. but they now changed it to a card with a QR code that you can scan and it takes you to the online version of the Edit magazine.

Lookfantastic Beauty Box, November 2021
This month's box stands under the theme "All of the Lights". It is explained that November is seen as the month of glistening fairy lights, sparkling fireworks, and bonfires; it's time to prepare for winter and Christmas parties so that's what these products are about.
The first product in the box is the Le Mini Macaron Moisturizing Foot Mask. This is obviously a full-size product and retails for 4,99€ on Asos.
This is a nourishing foot mask infused with Lavender oil and Witch Hazel Leaf extract. It is not one of those peeling masks, but rather just a moisturizing mask you leave on for 10-15 minutes on clean feet, rub in the rest of the essence on your feet and they'll usually feel really soft afterward.
The next product inside is the Molton Brown Relaxing Ylang-Ylang Shower Gel in a 100ml size. The full-size shower gel contains 300ml and retails for 25,95€ on Douglas which makes this size to be around 8,65€.
It is a scented shower gel with Ylang-Ylang and Sweet Vanilla that is also supposed to clear away impurities and nourish the skin. I actually got to test out several Molton Brown shower gels in the past years and I do enjoy them a lot but I personally would not spend that amount of money on a body wash.
The third product in this month's box is the Comfort Zone Renight Cream in a 30ml size. The full-size product contains 60ml and retails online from 72€ here as well as 55€ on Amazon, which makes this sample size worth around 36€.. wow.
It says it's working to soothe and hydrate your complexion while you sleep; it replenishes your skin's moisture leaving it feeling refreshed and plumper. The key ingredients are goji berry oil and hydrolyzed tomato extract.
Next up is the Balance Me BHA Exfoliate Concentrate in a 30ml size which is a travel size that retails for 12,50€ while the full-size contains 180ml for 32,60€ (get it now on Feelunique).
Containing Salicylic Acid, Willow Bark, and Tiger Grass, this no-rinse concentrate gently removes dead skin, fights blackheads, reduces blemishes, and targets enlarged pores which reveals more radiant skin underneath, and allows your skincare to work that little bit harder.
Another product in the box is the Prai Ageless Throat & Decolletage Cream in a sample size containing 10ml. The full-size product retails for 28,45€ per 50ml on Lookfantastic which makes this sample worth around €5,69. There is also a travel size with 15ml for 10,45€ on Lookfantastic if you just wanted to try it out.
The description of the Prai Ageless Cream says it's designed to target anti-aging, containing a blend of Mulberry and Grapeseed extracts which helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Last but not least we have a Diego Dalla Palma Brow Pencil in shade #103 (it does come in various shades, I happened to get shade #103 which seems to be a perfect match for me). It's the Water Resistant Long Lasting Eyebrow Pencil that retails for 16,45€ on Lookfantastic. It's hard to determine how much the sample would be as it does not say a size on the pencil but I'd say it's worth around 5€.
If we add up all the prices, the November 2021 Lookfantastic Beauty Box comes to a total worth of around 72,80€ which is a decent price considering the box only cost me 17€.
